So, How does this all work from Start to Finish?
1. Application and Profile
First things first. We need to get to know you a bit. We believe that a hands on personal approach is absolutely crucial to our success together. We take the time to get to know you and your needs. We understand everyone may have different apprehensions about new experiences. Our professional recruiters really want to hear from you. We feel it is important to take the time to discuss and review all aspects of assignment details, transparently. In addition, we need to get your application and Eminent Profile built. Your Eminent Profile is put together through our proven method of professional resume editing, skills checklist and license verification process. All of these upfront services are at no cost to you.
Next Step: We're Ready when You're Ready!
Submit your Application, Skills Checklist, and remaining onboarding documents from the links below. Each of these documents plays a crucial role in placing you in your next assignment. In addition to these documents, we will also need to follow up with some of your previous employers. Two clinical references are required to be on file for you as well as included in your profile for presentation. Please make sure to indicate the references you would like us to call when you fill out your private, secure, application.
2. Review Assignments
Based on your discussion, your recruiter will present a number of assignments that fit your criteria. Type of work, pay, facility, and location all play into finding the best assignment for you — our recruiters know that the assignments have to be a good fit for you, not just for the client. We want you to love your job!
3. Interview with Your Chosen Client
Your recruiter will take the time to help you prepare for your interview. Set up a general time to speak with the facilities department management, and do their best to answer any questions you may have. However, this is your time to shine. Really seize the opportunity to find out and get a feel for the potential work environment, load, flow and equipment.
4. Accept the Assignment
If the facility chooses you for the assignment, Eminent Medical Staffing Group will help you with your credentialing requirements and licensing. We are here to help you every step of the way through this process.
We look forward to working with you!
